I spend all week doing Day 1.   It was good for me.    I was on the go a lot with my son and my husband was gone for the week.    It challenged me not to feel behind just because I wasn't moving forward to Day 2.

I kept my sink shined all week!!!  I didn’t worry about what else I didn’t have completed.   It felt great.    Remember these are habits I am forming.    Life patterns that I am creating for myself.
